Nice free overnight stop for motorhomes and tents. Bennet Arms PH Rougham Nr Bury St Edmunds. 10mins of the A14 Junction 46.
The owners have, since the lifting of lockdown been offering free overnight stops for MH's and Tents on a good sized meadow at the back of the pub. They are restricting stays to 24 hours, there are 24 hour toilets and an outside cold water tap available. All they ask is you support there business by using the pub for food or drinks. food is very nice with large portions.
Although I live within 10 miles of this pub, I have absolutely no connection to the owners, and are not receiving anything for posting this details. We found out about this when we called in on the off chance on Wednesday to see if they were doing meals, which they were, and got talking about holidays etc.
