I bought autotrail scout six yesterday and I am baffled how to get the electrics working off main. They work fine off battery and there is electric running from my plug socket in the house through the cable but I cant get anything to come through he fuse box to get the TV fridge and microwave working...any ideas what im doing /not doing?

Is there a mains power on/off switch on the control panel? my old Swift had one. Have you checked the vans fuses/MCB on the incoming supply

Think there is an isolation switch in the fuse board cupboard have you tried that.
