New Ducato SatNav , refuses to remain imperial

I’ve lost count of the times I’ve set our satnav to feet and miles , but every new journey it’s back on kilometres and metres.
anyone else had this and solved the issue?
Thought I would ask before a trip to the dealer

Anyone tried registering with Fiat Navigation and updating through naviextras?

How about Apps, Settings, then Units, then Uk That should do it I believe

Nope, next time you start up it’s back to metric

This worked fine on my previous van ,
Not on this one , I wondered if it was a wiring issue but realised it does save al the other settings including favourite places etc.

Not had chance , broke out the old Tom Tom instead

Don’t know the unit but my tomtom go camper has a setting to keep imperial units when at home.
I manually use metric when abroad then it tally’s with the road signs

The more I read about Fiat Ducato sat navs and radios the happier I am that on my 2019 motorhome the radio was an option that I did not take up.
