New camperstop El Pinet, La Marina?

Just been looking on Google maps for places to freeload in Spain if I ever get there again, and spotted what looked like a new camperstop in El Pinet, La Marina. Anyone been there, recommend it?

I looked in last year but it was full so stayed up the road near Lidl. The place looked good and quite well situated.
