A long time now
I have just read about the above from Wirral council this is an experimental ban on motor caravans from 8pm to 8am and will last for 18 months , the last time I was there it was a very popular place to stay as it was free and there were toilets nearby . We didn’t stay overnight but it looked to my experienced eye that some vans had been there a long time ,but the council did say you could park on the road So it’s not all bad .

Hi mike, went to new Brighton last weekend in the van. We did see signs up like you say no parking 8pm to 8am. Wether this is permanent or not I don’t know.
At the moment the parking all along the promenade side is coned off and being used as a cycle lane to help with the social distancing.
We parked up on the field side of road no problem, lots of vans and cars parked up but ok.
Had a nice walk then lunch in the van followed by an ice cream.
Well worth a drive for a day out.

Oozzie
