Hi All,
Does anyone know the 2020 Ducato standard wheel nut torque with dry bolts and, I'm ducking well down when I ask this, with the wheel bolts lubricated.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Graham

A very slight smear of copper grease on the threads is good but you must not get it on the flange surface of the nuts or studs
Some on the wheel center flange where it contacts the hub also good idea
Torque setting should be the same

Any lubricant applied to the thread or spot face of the nut will reduce the force required to reach the correct tension thus reducing the torque required.

All lubricants have a co-efficient of friction, genuine copaslip has a co-efficient of 0.12.

Boring I know....but I do bolts for a living 😂

i recall Fiat saying something like 118 lbs. ft for the studs on the 15” wheels (and 133 lbs. ft for the 16” heavy chassis).

Anyway don’t worry about the figure just go FT and a bit and they won’t fall off👍🏼

Thanks XxAnthxX. Good to hear its a grrrrrr click but I will start at 118.
I was going to use Copaslip - spooky. Bolts etc are not boring mate, its one of those totally underestimated bits of engineering/science that we do not think about until one fails.
Thanks again and keep safe.
