If i install Lifepo4 charger ( Now Nordelectronica 350) to the Adria, is it enough if i take off that cable from B2 connector and connect LiFepo directly to the battery terminals?

Are you asking how to replace the mains powered charger inside the NE250 with your own external charger, if so remove F7 (25A) and connect the new charger to your lifepo4 battery. This does not replace the Dc-Dc charger that uses your alternator.

Do you also have the NE325 dc-dc charger, if you are changing to Lifepo4 you will need to change the dip switches on this to lithium.

If i remove that F7 fuse, what happen for charging the car battery?

It will still trickle charge the engine battery when the NE350 is on EHU as before but from your new charger.
