Multimedia loss of sound

Any ideas my multimedia on a fiat, it is a xzent, been working fine, still is, but no sound on CD, navigation, radio nothing at all, had it out checked the wires cannot see any loose or detached.

if it has the "Blue and Me " system there are a few bugs that cause odd issues. So i have read in trying to sort my own minor bugs out.

We had a similar problem; would show a cd as playing, track time depleting etc. but no sound. Found it was a glitch with the head unit that was cured by disconnecting the vehicle battery for a few minutes and then reconnecting. It worked. Be sure to turn the volume down though before reconnecting batttery!
