Mouse/Rat Repellent

Putting the van into storage very soon and having not had to park it up for long unattended periods before wondered if it's worth putting some sort of repellent device in the van. It won't be on hookup so needs to be battery operated.

Something along the lines of this? Anyone using something like this?

We have used one of these in all our vans and (so far!) haven't had a problem and we do live in the countryside. Maybe they work or maybe we've just been lucky - I don't know but I'm changing the batteries today just in case.

I have one of those in the van for the last few years, not had any problems, mind you don't know if I would have had problems without it
