I’m a newbie
Hi All, we have an Eldis Autoquest 196 and we tow a small car using a car-a-tow frame, should the vans rear (and possibly front) tyres be inflated above the manufacturers recommended figures when towing?
Car weighs in around 800kg and attaches with a normal ball towbar.
Any help with would be appreciated as we are new to this!
Thanks!

I would go with No as well, I guess you mean towing with an A frame so this will not add any weight to the vehicle, I also go along with the “become a full member” it will be well worth it.

As said, there will be negligible noseweight on the towball so no need to up tyre pressures.

No, when a framing you get very little weight onto motorhome.

No you don’t need to with A frame as not much weight on tow bar, we tow a twin axle car trailer and never put extra pressure in tyres as the y are pretty much to max anyway.?
