Good morning looking at purchasing one of these as I really like the concept. Problem is I have read many horror stories as you will get with many items. Here are a few of the items that have made me think again.
1 There is only one locking pin holding the wheel in situ.
2 The lifter is only good on a level surface, there are loads of examples of people not being able to get the lifter high enough on uneven ground to either get the wheels off or on ? You know as well as I do that most sites have a slope to them.

3 A few reports of wheels coming off along with mud guards ?
4 As there is no suspension that on a bumpy motorway as the trailer bounces the castor wheels have spun 90 degrees in that short gap and ripped off when back on the road ?

I have also read loads of good reviews too. I would like to get some feedback from those of you who are using or have used this trailer in the past to comment on your experiences ? Have you tried just using a ramp instead of the lifter if so how easy or difficult is it loading the bike with this method ? There are other trailers out there Motolug Armitage to name but a few.

As I said earlier I really like the concept its nice and compact on the back and the big thing for me is reversing is now made easy

Look forward to your views . Cheers

Edit….just noticed you have seen this.

Just to update you all. I had a good chat with the owner of Easylifter today (Anthony), who listened to all my concerns, that other people have highlighted as possible issues. He answered all the questions. There is a pin and a bolt that hold the wheel, so not just a pin as has been highlighted on other threads. The jack was upgraded a few years ago to overcome the hight issue when on a slope on camp site. The bumpy road issue with wheels snapping off well was that user error ?? I walked away feeling I have definately made the right choice, its Easylifter for me. What impressed me most is Anthony makes all the components himself, I had visions that everything was imported and he assembled it all on site. How wrong I was he is a total prossional. Looking forward to picking up my trailer next week. Once again thank you for all your comments
