Hi Could you please put me on the right track, my Motorhome is on a 17 Plate and was booked in for its MOT on the 2nd June, but the Garage can not carry this out, so I booked it in for the six months extension, but seeing it will be its first MOT and DVLA will not have a record of the vehicles MOT'S, is there anything else I should be doing

Regards Whiskeymac

Checking online with the Gov website to get an exact date?

Dvla will take the mot due date from the date of first registration. So that should be extended by 6 months. Have you Checked the dvla site to see what it says?

If the date of registration (month and date) is within 7 days then it should have been extended

Thanks PP Bear, when I went into the GOV.UK It stated that no details held by DVLA, but I managed to find on my Phone the Coronavirus web site which gave me the details I required, Once again Thanks for your help

Thanks Lunarman, got it sorted, the bit that I could not understand was that as it was the first MOT and when I went onto the web site all I said was no details held for this vehicle,

Thanks Whiskeymac
