That looks not unlike the rig, which parked next to me on a camp-ground in California 2113 right down to the colour and graphics. The owner had lost his wife to Cancer the previous year and sold up completely, when we met up with him he was about to set off for Florida, to over-winter with friends. He was on his own at the time but waiting for his sister to join him.
IF it is, then the trailer contained, A car, A power boat above it on a lift and the front is a well equipped small workshop, including a Lathe/Mill combo and a drill press, Tig welding kit along with more hand tools than I think I have!.

We once spent an excellent 2 days at a gliding site on a hill in Shropshire. The manager was very accomodating as they had several MHs/caravans there, which were left for the season for gliding members to come for a week or weekends,
Weather was great looking across into Wales. They had an excellent cook lady , so good we stayed an extra night - helped their coffers. The crowd at dinner were really friendly. I also helped de-rigging one or two gliders.
Campsites? Forget them - there are so many other places to try.
