I'm not so daft as to have bought all the dog stuff for example!!! ). While hubby loves toasted sarnies at home (done in our 'vintage' Breville) he won't have them done any other way hence why the Diablo has never been used!

Ha - could just about run that on my tidily inverter if I ran out of gas in the middle of nowhere.

But I think it's a bit too small & slow for when we are both in the van & on EHU - which we really need to keep the wheelchair going for more than a couple of days. I've just measured 400ml into our coffee mugs - someone is only going to get half a cup!

So I'll go for the Phillips kettle please. I remember them well - from every Travelodge I ever stayed in in pre-campervan days.

We are at Lincoln. If you are looking for us before we find you, we are easy to spot, as probably the only burgundy coloured PVC about. The blonde in the 'leccy wheelchair is a bit of a giveaway too.

For anyone looking for a toastie maker the diablo also works on gas and it makes delicious toasties with nice deep fillings inside. Yum yum No need to wait until you are on EHU and it takes up so little room.

Sheila again (Mrs Teddybard) -- my email mustn't have reached you ref another question about the portable washing m/c -- I will not be using in the MH - it would be for our static so was wondering how much it will do -- others I have seen do either between 1 and a half or 2 and a half kg's of stuff -- so would it do say pair of jeans or couple of towels and t towels or the yukkie stuff like 4 prs of Teddybards pants and socks thanks and would be interested in seeing at Lincoln
