hi norman... i don't think it that simple to interpret damp meter readings..
can depend on the type of meter and the material been tested..
it would be best to check out the instructions that come with the meter... and see what they class as ok..
you can always compare readings over the area of say a motorhome interior wall and get an idea of what is normal for a good area..
