Minor bodywork repairs/deep scratches

Collected my first scratch on the MH last week. Altercation with another small MH on my side of the road - clashed wing mirrors and the debris from theirs scratched the side. Not one that will polish out.

Are there any compounds out there to cover scratches? I’ve seen gel compounds used on boats but are they suitable for the side of an Adria? I also know that this will not be the last either! I can live with it, but if there was an easy remedy I would have a go.

Looks like GRP if so a good boat repairer will we able to repair it & colour match the gel coat.

As said by rb62 (many thanks) Brightonboyz have a similar damage problem to the rear of their motorhome and I was just alerting them there may be options \ advice raised in your thread that could be appropriate for them. Sorry for any confusion.

I gave similar advice to them as raised by Lenny HB in that a boat repairer at a nearby marina may be worth exploring.
