Getting there!
You could try pouring warm water over the door and surrounding area if it’s jammed rather than the latch not releasing.

Assume it’s unlocked and the latch feels like it’s working?

Hi
What sort of locks does it have? Do you need key? Do you just turn a knob? Does it turn? Does the key turn? Can you feel the latch moving? Have you tried thumping the door while operating the latch?

In our Mileo 243 the key operates the latch, you have to push on the door as you turn the key, so if is unlocked the door swings open. Could the gas bottle or something else in there have moved and blocking the latch from moving? Have heard of others going for a drive on a bumpy road and something moves back and you can then get it open.

Photo of the lock could help.
I made the mistake a couple of years ago of locking both sets of keys inside my garage. It cost over ÂŁ300 to retrieve them!! So do not consider a locksmith route unless desperate. After 2 hours he had to smash the locks, they are good quality.

Was a Newbie but getting the hang of it now.
Had mine stick last summer. Thought Something had shifted inside. Removed the vent off door and had to wiggle a rod around inside to move stuff.
Think may have also been trying to turn key in wrong direction.
Best of luck.

Hi Folks we tried the hot water trick and with some force it opened it appears something had lodged behind it we think following a recent repair job - the hot water must have loosened things because Hercules couldn't move it yesterday- Thanks so much for your help and support x
