I think Blossom that Jim gets stacks of emails and messages,so it might take a bit of time for a reply.

Either that or he is ignoring you:)
 
Hasn't he been blatting up & down the country this week?
Perhaps he's getting his kinks massaged by Sian so hasn't checked his PM's :D.
 
I suspect he is still at the chiropractictioner following his epic journey in a Honda Type R :)

It might be worth posting your problem here @Blossom (if it's appropriate).. plenty on here who may be able to help or offer advice
 
Shirley .. it isn't just you .. there are lots of people don't get replies for a while for reasons stated above and others. I know it's frustrating but can any of us lot help you?

I got your saw your conversation yesterday, asking why I'd not answered your first mail. I have not had any other mail from you. How can I help.

I do get a lot of email and do respond to every one. Regretfully 95% of the answers I give are already answered here. Broken Link Removed but people rarely bother to go their first :)

I tend to deal with emails once a day, evening or mornings or I'd be doing them all day. If I'm headed away in the van on a Friday, like yesterday, it might take a little longer to get round to them.

Nothing to do with this thread but it seems in todays society we all want instant gratification. Unfortunately it's increasingly common for someone to email me on say a Sunday morning, and then be rude to me three hours later because they've seen me on line but had no answer yet! :)
 
Jim I might get an email from a client at 9am on a Monday and then a stroppy one at noon whinging that I haven't at least acknowledged receipt.

Oh Please! at least in the old days I could blame the postman.

@Jim, Can I suggest you add "Frequently Asked Questions" to the help menu on the top bar? Currently only has "support ticket"

Jim on the 3rd May I sent you a message about about a fellow funsters subs, you replied within 30 seconds and then sent another message to say it had all been resolved within another 30 seconds. The speed of reply was unacceptable I was typing a thank you message and you had dealt with the matter, showing up my typing speeds.

Hi Paul @haganap I think you will will find your answer on the forum if you bother to search, as a matter of fact you will find a lot of answers so just choose the one that suits you.

If I'm in messages and one comes in its likely to be answered quickly. :)
 
And so, if you plan to upload a banable post, do so between 10.00 am and 5.00 pm, all day Sunday, or during holiday times, in order to achieve the maximum indignation. (y)

Hi Jim,
I know its not possible to get back to people straight away (I am a woman we have lots of patience ;-) ). My worry was that this was the first conversation I had started with anyone on MH Fun and wasn't sure that I had done it correctly. That was the reason for my second conversation and it looks like my first one has been lost in the big hole which can be the internet.
Anyway thank you for replying on here. My question was can I order a badge and MH sticker from you and would it be okay for my friend Wendy @Wendo to collect it from the Malvern show. I have left it too late to book for Malvern I realise that and wont be attending any shows this year.

That won't work, I get a message when starting a new thread in the U Shaped Lounge warning me about provocative threads. Is it cos I's white? o_O
