After a couple of peaceful days on the Mosel we’re heading off to the Neckar.
Wednesday is forecast torrential rain all day so we thought we’d head to Stuttgart for the Mercedes museum.
There seems to be a suggestion that you can use the coach parking?
Has anyone done this? I’d hat

Visited the museum a few years ago and found it really good bit crafty having a sales room that you have to go through to get out. As to parking the van would sujest ring and ask them.

Stuttgart is now inside a rather large low emission zone? check your unwell badge.

Umwelt fine just parking that’s the question ... but thanks!

If you are in that area, another indoor activity, not massively publicised, is the various 'Mineralbad'. The whole area is famous for its hot springs, around which many 'Mineralbad' are based. Here is one, quite near the Mercedes Museum.
Also there's the Porsche Museum, not as big as the Mercedes Museum but worth a trip. Easy to get to on the U-bahn or S-Bahn tram/railways.

Thanks all ... Mercedes have stopped allowing Campervans to park in the coach park. I’ve emailed Porsche to see if they have a space. Alternatively we’ll look at P&R or the Campingplatz billym mentioned.

Grianan, I am a seasoned Porsche Museum visitor (i'm a massive nerd). The only parking at Porsche in Zuffenhausen is an underground car park. You won't get a motorhome in there.

'PorschePlatz' station is next to the entrance though, so i'd suggest finding yourself somewhere nice to park up and getting the train in. Trains are every few minutes
