McLouis 410

hi everyone, I have been looking at a McLouis 410, its a 2005 5 berth with a 1.9td and I'm a bit worried it will be sluggish. My first motorhome was 1989 Peugeot 1.9 and really struggled on hills. I was wondering if anyone out there owns one might advise me. thanks

My 2000 Chausson was a 1.9Td and to be honest it was sluggish.
I removed the catalytic converter,was not much bigger than a bean can and was blocked almost completel,elderly previous owners.Replaced with straight pipe,passed all the emissions as 2000 was the changeover year for the cat.Then fitted a k&N air filter,honestly was a much better drive but still needed a lot of stirring the gearbox.
