Somebody else on here recommended https://www.bodymouldmattresses.co.uk/memory-foam-mattresses/ we have just had a custom one made for our van as it's over 2.1x1.6 metres , the price was surprisingly good for a one off as it was actually less money that the standard but smaller EU King Size, it's seems comfortable after a quick test but have not been away with it yet.

I will add that we had it made thinner so 6" rather than their normal 8" so it matches the thickness of the original and it is on Froli springs anyway, I guess that also helped keep the price down.

I will say that the company were good to deal with and it arrived when they said

We've used https://customsizebeds.co.uk in the past and been pleased with the end result. They are one of the few I've seen that allow you to specify the mattress thickness as well as the size and shape.
The big problem with all of these custom mattress makers is that it's almost impossible to see or try out a mattress before you order. And of course being custom made they won't accept returns unless it's defective. So their definition of 'firm' or 'soft' could be very different to yours.
