We are currently in France, using the Mapy CZ app to navigate whilst cycling. We find it is really good but after extensive searching, we still can't find an explanation (legend/symbols) for the different roads and tracks.
Does anyone know how to find them?

A google shows

Map Legend

Map legend, i.e. explanations of marked points and symbols used on a map, is available for each map type. You can view the map legend by clicking the link "Legend" located at the bottom of the right sidebar.

The legend will also appear in the sidebar itself.

No sidebar on the app. We've already found this, hence the question.

This isnt going to answer your question, but the pink ones are very cyclable and I think solid pink is dedicated voie verte material and the dotted white lines are shared roads with cycling route or separated area.
Red ones have caught us out before and may be walking or mountain biking.

Wow, thank you so much. Where did you find it?
Went to the website and then played on there and snipping tooled it onto here so that I can refer to it easily as well.
Who knew you could adjust to see the satellite map and map with photos and then create an account and save routes and tours !

Presumably now I have an account I could sign in on my app and they will be saved.

Still playing with it

The 3D map looks useful for locating inland beaches !

I create maps like this one which is all the wild swimming spots in France from Wild Swimming in France, and just noted that you can create your own POIs (and presumably map) on mapy.cz which would immediately put the cycle routes onto it rather than having it on google maps which limits you to the amount of cycling routes you can put on

Looks like I just have to transfer csv into gpx and I could put all this (and my others) onto Mapy.cz

Looks like it works !!!!

The google map, however is coded to differentiate waterfalls lakes rivers and whether an aire is nearby whereas this one isnt, but if I were to use it as a map for cycling I would already know what was there.
Just about to adjust the one for the Languedoc where we are off to leaving tomorrow (ish)

Surprisingly easy and now I have 750 POIs put onto mapy.cz for when we are out cycling and not having to cross reference to google maps whilst out an about

And just signed in on my app on the phone and they all synced over and just open in my maps of mapy cz
