Manchester Clean Air Zone

Has anyone come across the problems that you may face with the new Clean Air Zones in major cities, one of my friends has a Hobby Mh on a 64 plate but the DVLA says it is a Van and not a motorhome, has anyone come across this as well ??????

I believe the area it will cover is going to be greatly reduced. As for Van/MH not clarrified yet.

Going to be city centre only like it was supposed to be. Old vans etc pay to enter city .
