On our first outing in our new Malibu 640 Charming LE RB we have had leaks from the shower tray front the bottom right hand corner Looking from the back of the Van where the front plug hole is. It comes out by the bottom corner of the wall where the Large draw under the seat is. The water appears to over flow from that corner because it pools there behind the a drainage come flexible shower door guide channel unable to go down the drain. We have been told the Van needs to be perfectly flat to allow it to drain back to other plug at the back of the tray. We also have been told to have short showers where you wet yourself turn of shower soap up and then shower off as it is only design for that purpose.
Any info, Thoughts or experience would be appreciated :giggle:as we are a bit stressed :(about it and only have the dealers word on this matter.

Hi your shower should not leak. How long have you had it? Any warranty? If yes then take it back
The turn on shower get wet, soap up,rinse is only to save water nothing to do with leaks 😉

We had a similar problem when we used the shower for the first time in our Hymer Grand Canyon.
From what i can gather even though it has two drains in the tray they both feed down one single drain. If not flat the discharge rate down a single drain is to slow, water builds up and in our case spills over into the van under the door- teenage daughter didn't realise tray was filling up!
Returned van to dealer for repair but haven't used since, however pipe work was attended to.
