No kitchen, No bathroom, No shower that's a good start. And too many thermal bridges with all that framework, for our climate anyway.

I see a few of these 'Pick up trucks' with a habitation stuck on the back. I can't see the reason for them. Seems a lot of disadvantages (separate from cab area, high up, less room) but no advantages over a traditional campervan.
