Converting a Van

I'm a Total Newbie!
I ordered some of these. Doors on the left, so went with an advert that mentioned the left. But they are for a left hand drive van!!! (which therefore has the door on the right). Long story short, they are backwards / upside down / don't fit my van!! 😱😱😱

There are loads and loads for left hand drive vans (with the door on the right side).

But obviously, with a UK van, I need ones for a right hand drive van (with the door on the left side).

Any ideas where I might find a set?

Does that mean you will not be able to open and "whoosh bang " the door closed if you can't get a set? 😊😉, just asking

It means the van is useless.

"Super Computer" wrongly thinks that the door is open and therefore shows a warning light on the dash (MOT Failure) even though door is securely locked and no amount of pulling will open it without using the key.

😭😭😭😭

Check the micro switch on the sliding door
A small bit of foam pad where the pin makes contact may cure the issue
With the door open press in the pin and see if the warning light goes out

I shall try this next time im in Cheshire (where the van is, in in Yorkshire at the moment.)
Have you tried www.coastalmotorhomes.co.uk they show hinges in stock , hopefully the correct type you need. (are you sure it is not the rear doors causing the light to remain on , or that the door sensor switch/button/contacts is not the problem ? )

Will try these.
