if it is open for Mhs, I past there couple of months ago and seen plenty road/underground works going on.

Im thinking of going tonight

We parked on there just before Christmas and there were a number of MH's there. The works have closed off the main entrance but you can still get in from the Old Dee Bridge over the weir (Handbridge). As you turn left immediately off the bridge, there was a Road Closed sign which was confusing but if you go past that, then you can get into the car park - you just can't go all the way up to the main road by the racecourse with a vehicle. Pedestrian access to the town was unaffected.

I've ended up at oakfarm campsite just off the a5117 near Chester.
Lovely little tea room style cafe...decent shower blocks.hard standing ehu 2 dogs.

Bit of.road noise but that never bothers me. Friendly staff good.walks and cycle routes outside. It's actually on the national cycle route 563.

I'll probs do roodeee tomorrow. Thanks everyone
