Links to .pdf files

I don't know if this can be done on the forum so I'll ask the audience...

Two or three times recently I have found information on Google that I want to post on a thread.
I have sussed out posting a link to a website, but some search results come up as .pdf files and I can't figure out how to put a link in the thread (if it is even possible)

The screenshot below shows me searching for information on Sec 88 RTA 1988.

If I click the link circled in red it downloads the .pdf file to the "My downloads" on my tablet but I cant get that onto a thread??

Right click on it and select save file
Once down loaded you can make a post and use attach file.
Select the downloaded file and its job done
