So we finally after months of waiting have our Motorhome on the drive, decided we need to swap tights to LED but currently have no idea how to get into the light fittings to get to the bulbs, these are two different types of fittings, so if anyone has and ideas that would be great. Just don’t want to force anything and break them

The whole bottom fitting is almost certainly held in with spring clips. Plastic trim remover or if careful a screwdriver under one edge to gently lever it down. As long as you are careful and listen as well as using feel, they are likely to pull out.
The other is to find a manual which must show you how to change the bulb.

SOME old ones twist about 20 degrees and drop down - the outer trim that is.

I can remove the whole fitting from the roof but no idea how to actually get at the bulb 😬

The first pic the surround turns about 45 degrees and silver cover complete with glass comes off, Adria the second pic the black ring that is lower than the glass pulls out and glass drops (literally) and exposes bulb. Both are tricky.

Ok so got the second one off, and yes the glass did drop out, but the first one, will not budge it will not turn at all. Reluctant to prise it as it feels like it will snap, but I’m at a loss as to how to get into the flipping thing.

Does the black lower ring on the glass ONLY unscrew by just a handful of turns ( very fine thread) to allow the glass to drop and expose the lamps.
The other flush roof mounted lights might be a “ bayonet “ type fitting and just take a quarter turn to release the outer ring Only and thus expose the Lamps whilst leaving the main fitting still in place.
Just a few thoughts 😊

Once you've got the whole fitting out, check the diameter of the hole. If you can get a real 12V LED cabinet or downlighter that fits, it will be much better, as the LED layout will be designed for this usage, rather than a one-size-fits-all LED bulb that will throw lots light in the wrong direction.

The one with the black ring we have sorted.
The one with the flush roof fitting ( there are 4 of these) will not budge, it won’t twist any which way at all, I tried to prise it away from the roof but it felt like it would snap rather than come away 😩 bloody things

Away in mine and checked.
silver outer turns. IF YOU OVER ROTATE IT IT DOESN’T come off. It’s sort of halfway between.

They are really tricky to rotate unless in the perfect spot to get your palm on flat and twist it. I even doubted myself for a while, then worked out I was over rotating them.
