Our new-to-us MoHo came with a pair of these ramps but they look ridiculously small to me. What do you think? If you suggest getting larger ones, which ones do you recommend, please?

Tiny, ours are twice as high and at least half as long, and we’ve needed all of it on occasions.
Think ours are milencos as above.

I have Milencos and find them no better than the OP. Whoever designed them must have had Minis in mind .

Milenco Triples, I changed from Quattro to Triple as they suit the tyre better !
Triples offer less fine tuning of height levels, but the 3 'scoops', rather than the 4 'scoop' version, in the same overall length [80cm?] means that the 16 inch wheels sit much more comfortably. Another 'where do you want your compromise to be?' consideration.

We have Fiamma ones, yellow, they are triple and a decent size and sturdy, people with big vans use them. I must admit we only use them to help with drainage of the blasted shower. Our PVC is very nose down and the hole for the shower drainage is towards the rear. If allowed I will park to compensate for this. On a lot of the rallies we’ve had to park in a particular direction because of fire which is fair enough and it’s always been the wrong way!

If it wasn’t for the shower I’m not too fussy as I can sleep standing up.

Thanks : ) I've seen these since researching after my post and they seem the way to go. I'm not happy with my MoHo balancing like it is in my pic.

I would not start spending too much money until you start using it I have ramps been used 2 times in 3 years once because the marshal told me too , did so to keep him happy , the second was when I stranded it not intending for it to stay where it was started chatting and rather than move it ......Me like Broken Link Removed the shower drain is always at the wrong angle , but now I have a squidgy and that moves the water easy , however one of the funters suggested a Kartcher - another must have gadget thought about it until I seen the price and my £1.99 squidgy does the job

Might be worth keeping your eyes open for a similar thing in Lidl - they have them from time to time in the middle aisles and a lot cheaper than the Karcher ones.

Thanks. We've used him twice so far and needed the ramps both times. Even parked in our yard we need them, otherwise we pick up speed walking from one end to the other!! Hahaha!

seen this one but not in stock when I looked

Think that's probably a similar price to when they have them in Lidl!

Tried the Lidl ones , twice, the both packed up just over the year old. So changed to karcher still going strong 3 years now. Use it at home as well as van so daily use.

We have similar Fiamma ones. I filled them with expanding plastic foam stuff to stop them sinking into soft ground, which works well. Only really need them once or twice a year. Most pitches I choose are level enough. Unlike you I need the bed to be level. Can't have one of us rolling against the other ...

Brunhilde is very much in the 'nose down' category, and, with a rear bathroom for the smaller built person, if the Van isn't level, you exit the bog and disappear down the slope without even a cursory 'farewell' ... And, as for the drop down bed ... The 3am exiit is bad enough, but starting the journey with an uphill slope before tackling the larger peak whose height varies with the snoring inhale and exhale of breath is one scramble too many ...

So the ramps get lots of use and work. Used the spare Fiamma ramps this week at Burn O Vat Visitor Centre to lift the back end clear of the grass banking and to enable Brunhilde to get far enough back to avoid protruding further forward than the line of cars. We were quit close to the Car Park entrance and being about 2 feet further back from the contact zone of some of the drivers was no bad thing.

This is so funny!!! :D

I was looking at getting some on line and you have to be very careful to read the dimensions of them as many are far to small or too narrow to be any good for a motorhome.

Yep a definite vote for the Milenco with four levels. We have tried several other types.
Ideal and very easy to mount.
However be aware they are quite heavy!
Enjoy the new MoHo.

Thank you :) Do you think the Milencos with four levels will allow our tyres to sit on them properly, instead of teetering on them, as they do with our current levels, please?

Try it without any

In 10 years I've used ours three times.
You don't have to be completely level, In fact I'm happier with my head higher.
We need them...even to park in our yard :)

All 4 levels have depressions for wheels
Does the radius of those depressions suit your wheels as mine don’t, they would probably be ok for a 12” wheel.

Personally I found all commercial ramps made for caravan wheels to be useless for a M/H with 16-17 inch wheels - had two lots, Fiamma and Milenco, both of then the space for wheels too small & one lot broke under the weight.

In the end gave them away and made some out of 150 x 50 (6 x 2) timber of 3 different lenghts and far better - because I made them then the length for the wheel to fit on is much longer and more suitable for M/H wheels.

Another little quirk, because the extra length made them too long to fit in allocated storage space then I actually only screwed the 2 shorter levels together and the 3rd (bottom and longest) level is kept separate so most of the time just use 2 levels, but when 3 levels needed then the 2 upper levels fit on the longer lower level and some drop-in pins to hold in in position (the pins actually being 4" galvanised flat-head nails with the points chopped off)

I have the Milenco T3 Maxi (I think) and my 15 inch wheels do not sit in the dips. I am disappointed, especially due to their size. Huge.

Also, the website says - DO NOT USE ON LOOSE OR JAGGED STONES - don't know how that works out on hard standing pitches at the big clubs sites?!

Any pics sometime as they sound interesting.

Any pics available as they sound like a good idea and also a nice bit of engineering.

I've got the Milenco quattro. The edges of the levels have started to flatten but still good.
Needed the extra hight a few times.
