Be careful if you buy a Leishmaniasis dog collar, our dog wore one for a day and turned totally manic, couldn't sit still and was jumping on and off motorhome furniture all night. Took it off him and he settled down.

All dogs adopted from Spanish rescue charities are supposed to be tested as leishmaniasis free but I suppose there are unscrupulous charities and also tourists who find a dog and bring it home. Thanks for the information.
