Hi turned on my water pump only to find water pouring out of wheel arch in toilet/shower room,presuming I had a frozen pipe over winter,is this fixed from inside or from underneath

Are you sure it’s not the frost valve?

Not sure where it is,was underneath when the water pump was on and could only see water coming out from underneath where sink would be,inside is dry

It was drained down over winter but we did see minus 18 at some point

Look directly above where the water was flowing from inside the van.
