They've been here for some time. If you're nearby it's worth a visit. Just go through the arch by the market place toward the Bishop's Palace, turn right alongside the moat for the full length, and they're usually just around the corner, on the stretch of moat between the palace walls and the palace fields or perhaps just around the 3rd corner by the palace gardens spring.
It's a beautiful and colourful site on a cold winter's day. Can't guarantee you see them, but we've seen them every time we go.
