New Romney train rally 9th 10th 11th September 2022.
Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch Railway, New Romney Station, New Romney, Kent TN28 8PL.

This event is limited to 15 vans, no cost, but participants are expected to purchase a day/ or rover ticket over the weekend.
I do offer the opportunity to make a donation towards railway upkeep in the way of a sealed envelope.
hard standing water point and toilets are available.

When I was flying from Lydd (Sorry Ashford International Airport) in 1969 it was indeed called Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Light Railway.

When did they drop the title 'Light' and why?

We would love to come to this can we put our names on the list with the provior that we may have to drop out if we get a moving date if the list fills up please remove us and make us first reserve as we dont want to take a place then drop out

Bressingham Railway in Norfolk has stopped running theirs.

Bressingham Railway in Norfolk has stopped running theirs.

I understand that RH&DR does not have that option as only having 1 Diesel train, the railway has already had a number of small fires along the track and i believe a firewall is present on some parts.
