After three years the battery on my wife's Kalkhoff bike has failed, should I have it recelled or replaced? Any recommendations where to go for either?

Kalkhoff battery - replace or recell

50cycles were offering batteries I did think about getting an replacement last year but changed the bike instead
Be interested to know if anyone has any ideas about this ? One of ours has lost a lot of its capacity. I did look at replacing it and eBay.De was a lot cheaper than buying here, but doubtless you will struggle buying from Germany at the moment ?
It's a Derby Cycles one which is Kaklhoff.

Going to telephone 50 Cycles tomorrow. What surprises me is the huge number of batteries there are just in the Kalkhoff range. We both have Kalkhoff bikes both with different batteries and completely different chargers even though they are both Bosch and the same voltage!
