For the last few weeks touring in western Spain, the temperature has ranged from 47c+ down to the high 30’s. Now we understand why people travel here in the cooler months. One night at 2a.m. inside our van was 37c. Some of us never learn.
We have just had our Alde heating repaired, works treat!

We've just had the last month in Galicia and it's been fab-you-lous. Average temperatures of -/+24°.

Check out my thread. You night have to go back to beginning 😂😂

I've been researching over the past months on the delightfully temperate UK weather, the average temperatures have been in the middle to late twenties. I have concluded that the perfect conditions are 27c with humility of 27%.
Strange that this has been the average UK temperature for months now. :coolest:

Our first summer of MoHo ownership we couldn't wait to get away to France and Spain in the middle of august, 35c middle of the night, never again.

My MH has been out of order for repairs at the moment and I'm not sorry! The heat is something else and I sleep with a fan on constantly. A friend sent me a link earlier to a Decathlon rooftop tent system he was thinking of for his car... and I wonder would something like that be the solution?
Forget the MH inside and pitch up on the roof at night to get some fresh air!

And roast when the sun comes up , at least the motorhome has some decent insulation.

Popular here in Galicia being used by the Surfing community....

Very nice hear on the south coast of England !

Forecast is 32c today. But we are going to be out on the water later. Expecting a more comfortable 23c
Knowing you are in Brighton it must be hell. A place to aviod on hot weekends, more Londoners than locals.

29 all night and morning here in the Derbyshire Dales. My house is like a cave, all curtains drawn and windows closed, nice cold shower before breakfast I think :giggle:

Just checked our home location temperature its 40°c just now but it's going to be 28°c throughout the night...same country but different coast...it's only 22°c here in Galicia...by ageing body appreciates these conditions...

I find between 30/35 Celsius very comfortable and anything under 25 too cold, however the 40 Celsius or more is a bit over the top and I might have to drop a few layers of clothing 🤷🏻‍♂️😆😇
