Here in Slovenia they love a bit of paperwork. Today David needed to use the public toilets in Novo Mesto - charge was 30 cents and he was given a handwritten receipt!

I assumed he was given the receipt on the way out, but will have to ask him to be sure. At the moment he is out walking the dog - in a rural area, so a bush will suffice this time.Hope he wasnt in desperate need of the facilities
I did ask him that, and he thinks it would be 30 cents regardless of what you did in there! Was the €0.30 for a No. 1 or No. 2, and is there a reduced rate for both?
We need to know
I don’t believe it was limited, but he probably washed his hands twice and stuffed some paper towels in his pocket to make sure he got his money’s worth. How many squares of loo paper come with it?
May I ask about the entry into Slovenia, is it back to normal now as we’re heading there in 10 days, thanksHere in Slovenia they love a bit of paperwork. Today David needed to use the public toilets in Novo Mesto - charge was 30 cents and he was given a handwritten receipt!

We came into Slovenia from Croatia back in mid-March - and were only required to show our passports, no Covid paperwork needed. If you’re coming in from a Schengen country there is no border to stop at anyway, so no checks that we’re aware of. Enjoy Slovenia - it’s a lovely country.May I ask about the entry into Slovenia, is it back to normal now as we’re heading there in 10 days, thanks
Thanks, I’ve got about 3-4 night to kill on way to plitvice lakes and will be coming in via either the wurzenpass or the loiblpassWe came into Slovenia from Croatia back in mid-March - and were only required to show our passports, no Covid paperwork needed. Bizarrely, as we’ve been here so long, we haven’t actually visited many tourist locations in Slovenia. This is because we’re buying a house here and the above mentioned love of paperwork makes it a lengthy process. Thanks, I’ve got about 3-4 night to kill on way to plitvice lakes and will be coming in via either the wurzenpass or the loiblpass
Any good places other than Bled (been there)?
