Just noticed Ireland missing from Touring section also wild camping section maby someone will fix it ,or are we not welcome: Mad: Aido.
 
May be anyone who's ventured to Ireland, hasn't made it back to report:Eek!:

We did a three week trip in Ireland:Smile: It onlly rained twice :Smile: once for ten days and once for eleven days:Tongue:

Just noticed Ireland missing from Touring section also wild camping section maby someone will fix it ,or are we not welcome: Mad: Aido.

We did a three week tour of Ireland the weather was very poor (rain & low cloud) We free camped most of the time.

Free camping spots:-
Arklow Harbour:- Water on harbour side.

Kilmore Quay:- Level parking, water, toilets & shops

Dunmore East:- Parking on cliffs above harbour

Union Hall Harbour:- Parking on Fishing Quay

Baltimore Harbour:- Narrow approach (8 miles) parking OK for overnight stop very touristy

Dursey Island:- Dursey Island cable car station. car park, toilets and water

Templehoe:- Turn left beside church follow road to Loch side (Strand)

Ballyskelligs:- Sea front car park (signed) Level, water & toilets (visited Valentia sland)

Dingle:- Murreagh Beach, Dingle Peninsular. Slea Head Drive

Ballylongford:- Castle Car Park.

It wasn't missing Aido, any wild camping spots in Ireland were intended to go in the European Section. :Smile: I now have a NI & Eire section so please feel free to post your wildcamping slots there. Thanks:thumb:
