AIUI, If going along the Croatian cost between Split and Dubrovnik you need an IDP for the 10 mile strip of Bosnia & Herzogovina that reaches the coast.

Done that route a few times and never been asked for one….

There is a bridge now no need to go that way.

Yes, I've caught up with that now thanks, after more route research (we leave on Tuesday for Italy and Croatia). Had a hasty re-plan as the Bari-Dub ferry I booked has been cancelled, had to rebook Ancona-Split.
