Its my wet day for sorting things out! Second question of the day..

The qestion is how do I get the led light bulb out of the shower/kitchen ceiling in a globecar roadscout. I have tried pushing upwards and turning but no joy. It has to come as it is flickering and annoying us.

Am I write in thinking that no one else has had this problem or needed to change this type of ceiling mounted light?
