Very good I didn't realise that the inverter and charger were actually the same unit, my small brain was just thinking two separate units.

For anybody watching, when he says PVM its what we call PWM "Pulse Width Mudulation" which I have heard of but its the first time it has made any sense.

I think it helps to get the concept over and clearly did for you, for me the explanation of the power saving on the idle inverter settings was most useful as I have never quite got which to choose. I remember Johannes from 2003ish when I installed 2 off 3kw Multis in parallel on my boat to give the 6kw of inversion that I needed for an electro-hydraulic crane, he was very helpful, now he is hard to get hold of.
