Immobiliser help

I made a mistake of disconnecting the Speedometer, without disconnecting the battery. When I reassembled my dash, something has kicked in the immobiliser. Engine turns over strong, but will just not fire up. A symbol has appeared (van with a padlock) I've tried the usual, fuel shut off switch, disconnect battery for a couple of hours but to no avail. Any suggestions would be appreciated

Might be useful if you state which make and model van you have

Oops sorry about that, it’s a 2007 (57) Peugeot Boxer van with the 2.2 hid engine
