If that doesn't work, a good jack hammer will get it out, because according Some Hymer owners the vehicles are built like brick outhouses. LOL .

Just prize it out from the control panel it’s only very lightly clipped in on ours B678DL

Yep just pulls out, changed the battery in mine last week.
Make sure you have the door closed, when pulling out to adjust the time last year, it suddenly released and and bounced on the drive, lucky no damage.
