Hymer b534 a class motorhome (1 Viewer)

Hi I am trying to import my motorhome into France, I have now crossed all the hurdles except one, I have the vin plate with the chassis number on but I can not find the chassis number stamped on the chassis, it is a 1997 A class, does anybody know where to look, or if in fact they do not stamp the chassis, I have the hymer build number plate by the habitation door but this does not have the chassis number on, Thanks in anticipation.
