HYMER 541 Electrical issue

For those none technical like me I have been advised that the 240v in to my converter is not producing a 12v out. This obviously causes a ni=umber of problems, no charging light on the display (the 3 pin plug) no power going to the leisure batteries etc. Does any one know where to start ? Do I replace the converter, repair it - if so where and so it goes on...... thanks in anticipation of some positive (no pun intended) assistance

Assuming you have checked that mains breaker switches are all "up", 240v devices work (plugged into 13A sockets), and the fridge works on mains check that the 12v switch on the EBL is in the on position.

Thanks Tony, Main breaker on, yes. All switches are all "UP", yes, devices do work once plugged in, yes. and the switch is in the on position. I was told we have power going in to the converter but nothing coming out of it at all.

Are you referring to the Electroblock when you say converter?
