How to remove this pls?

Afternoon. Can anyone please suggest how to remove this lug for replacement? Changing rear quarter panel and it's.gotta.come out. Thoughts welcome. Thank you.

Is the central part covering the head of a screw with the outer part being a "washer" for the screw? If so, guess the centre part will just lever off.

Looking at that it looks brittle so you aint going to be refitting it.
Best would be white screw cap covers like on number plates

Does the centre part pull partially out to pull lugs at the back in?

If you get what you like and it works for you theres no need to get newer as yhey aint always better, ours is 14 and we keepingbit for a long time.

Thank you all for contributing ideas, t'was actually two screws easily removed, job done. Now looking normal again at the back
