I am in process of cleaning Motorhome that's been out of use for a few years. I would like to clean the curtains but can’t see how to remove them from the rail. They appear to have a plastic tape attached to them slides inside a track. Has anyone managed to remove curtains hung in this way and clean them?

Is there a 'bung' in one (or both) ends of the rail that you can remove and slide the curtains out/off?

Sounds like they are using Swish Visa curtain tape like this https://www.leisureshopdirect.com/c...in-fittings/swish-visa-curtain-tape-per-metre. If so then you can simply pop the curtains out of the rail by gently pushing against the tape either side of the poppers. If they have never been taken down before they may need a good steady push as they are usually a fairly tight fit. Took me ages to work out how to take mine down.
