How to access the IT991 panel in a Burstner please? (1 Viewer)

As per title, is there a technique to access/ remove/ open the IT991 panel please. The frontage has no fixings in it and appears to be located in groves top and bottom. before I start prying it open has anyone travelled this road before please?
Its the one with two analogue meters and a digital temp /time display in the middle!

Our old Burstner you just had to spring the aluminium extrusion a bit taking care not to damage the thin plastic covering.
