Since 2015
C&CC and C&MC both provide this sort of cover.

On and off for many years.
Ours (RBS) only allows 60 days but we get a house sitter if we are away for any length of time. Would that be a possibility?

Full Time 2011-2013, now part timers!
C & CC do 180 days and are very helpful.

You would have to ask your insurance company. We have a friend who comes to live in when we are away any length of time.

Since 2008 & many years tugging
Most house insurers will extend the time but sometimes apply conditions such as heating set to 15° or heating & water drained.
We tried the C&CC but premium was ridiculous nearly 5 times what we pay with current insurer.
