One party state .
Intimidation and violence towards any opposition .
Almost godlike adoration towards the leader .

Funny you should say that, wife today said "she's just like Hitler".

Hitler prospered because he exploited the underdog feeling of we are are being screwed by the Treaty of Versailles and many times in Scotland I've come across a prevalent attitude of "yous English have stolen our oil money, yous English have done this, yous English have done that". This surely is fuelling the fishes.
